Privacy policy

What we collect, why we have it, who else sees it, and how long we keep it.

Your account

When you sign up we store your organisation’s name, your name, your email address, a one-way hash of your password, and the time zone you choose for reading timestamps. We never store your password itself.

Your telemetry

We store what your software sends us: traces, logs, metrics, browser performance measurements and the results of checks you configure. That data may contain personal information if your systems put it there, which is why the next paragraph exists.

Our software strips sensitive values before they leave your process. Credentials, authorisation headers, cookies and card-shaped numbers are removed inside your own application, not after we receive them — so we never hold them at all. You can add your own rules, and you can switch a built-in rule off, which we record and warn you about.

By default a URL is reduced to its path before it is sent, so query strings do not reach us unless you ask for them.

Payments

We never see your card or bank details. They are entered on the payment provider’s own page. We hold only the provider’s reference for your subscription, which tier you are on, and the ceiling you committed to.

The billing name, email and phone you give at checkout are passed to the provider for the bank’s pre-debit notices and are not kept by us.

How long we keep things

Telemetry is kept for the period your plan states — 7 to 90 days for raw records depending on tier, and up to 395 days for the summarised figures the charts are drawn from. After that it is deleted automatically.

Account records are kept while the account exists. Delete your organisation and we erase your telemetry, projects, keys and uploaded files; a minimal record that the account existed and was deleted is retained where the law requires it.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of providers, each only for what it does:

  • A payment provider, to take payment. They hold your card details; we do not.
  • An email provider, to send verification, password reset and account notices.
  • A cloud hosting provider, where the service and your data run.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your telemetry to train models or to build a profile of you.

Your rights

You can read, correct, export or delete your account data from within the product, or by writing to nexovue@nexovue.com. Deleting your organisation is available to the account owner and is irreversible.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. API keys are stored as hashes and shown once, at creation. Every query for your data is bound to your organisation at the data layer, so one customer’s request cannot reach another’s records.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will tell the account owner by email before it takes effect.
