Terms of service
Last updated 10 September 2026.
These terms govern your use of Nexovue. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who you are contracting with
Anandharaj A, a sole proprietorship trading as Nexovue, at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu 628501, India (“we”, “us”). “You” means the organisation whose account this is, and anyone you invite into it.
What the service is
Nexovue receives telemetry you send us — traces, logs, metrics, browser performance data and the results of checks we run on your behalf — stores it for the period your plan allows, and shows it back to you.
We do not guarantee the service is uninterrupted. It is a monitoring product, and you should not rely on it as the only means of detecting a failure in your own systems.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with an API key issued from it. Keep secret keys secret; a site key is public by design and is safe to include in a web page.
You may not use the service to store data you have no right to hold, to send us anyone else’s telemetry without their knowledge, or to attempt to reach another customer’s data.
What you send us
Your telemetry stays yours. You grant us only what is needed to run the service: to receive, store, process and display that data back to you, and to keep backups.
Our software removes credentials, authorisation headers, cookies and card-shaped numbers inside your own process, before anything is sent. That reduces what reaches us; it does not remove your responsibility for what you choose to send.
Plans, volume and what happens at the limit
Every plan includes a monthly volume. When it is reached we stop accepting new telemetry until the month turns. We do not silently bill you for going over.
On a paid plan you choose the ceiling yourself when you subscribe, and you can raise it by signing a new mandate. Telemetry sent while you are over the limit is refused and not stored.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly at the rate on our pricing page, multiplied by the services you monitored. Your mandate authorises a maximum — the ceiling you chose — and we never charge above it.
Payment is taken by a licensed payment provider. Your card and bank details are entered on their page and never reach us.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time. The subscription ends at the close of the period already billed, and the account returns to the free tier. See our cancellation and refunds policy.
You may delete your organisation entirely. That erases your telemetry, projects and keys, and it cannot be undone.
We may suspend an account being used to attack the service or another customer, and will tell you why.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or of data held elsewhere. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell the account owner by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
