Cancellation and refunds

How to cancel, what happens when you do, and when we refund.

Cancelling

The account owner can cancel at any time from Billing inside the product. No notice period, and nobody to ask.

Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to the free tier.

What happens to your data

Nothing is deleted when you cancel. The account keeps working on the free tier, with the free tier’s smaller allowance and shorter retention — so records older than the free retention window will age out.

Export anything you need before cancelling if you are near that boundary.

Refunds

We do not refund part of a month. Billing is monthly and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already billed, so you keep what you paid for rather than being refunded for it.

We do refund, in full, where:

  • you were charged after cancelling;
  • you were charged more than the ceiling your mandate authorised;
  • a duplicate charge was taken for the same period;
  • a charge was taken in error by us.

Write to nexovue@nexovue.com with the date and amount. We reply within two business days, and an approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once we raise it — the bank’s own timing after that is outside our control.

You are never billed for going over

Nexovue stops accepting telemetry when your monthly allowance is reached. There is no overage charge, so there is no surprise invoice to dispute.

Deleting your organisation

Deleting your organisation is separate from cancelling and is irreversible: telemetry, projects, keys and uploaded files are erased. It does not by itself produce a refund.
