How do you handle data security?
Credentials, authorisation headers, cookies and card-shaped numbers are stripped inside your own process before anything is sent, so we never receive them. Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, API keys are stored as hashes and shown once, and every query for your data is bound to your organisation at the data layer. We hold no security certification and do not claim one.
Can I try it without paying?
Yes. The free tier gives you 6 GB a month across three services, with no card and no trial clock. It runs on the same platform as the paid tiers.
What happens if I go over my limit?
We stop accepting telemetry until the month turns, and tell you before and when it happens. There is no overage charge, so there is no invoice you did not expect.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from inside the product, with no notice period. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for and then returns to the free tier. See the cancellation and refunds policy for what we refund.
