A guess from your browser’s time zone, and switchable. What you are charged in is decided when you subscribe, by the payment method you use.
How a bill is worked out
A service is one application sending us telemetry under its own name. When you subscribe you choose how many to pay for, and that number does two things: it is your monthly bill, and it is your monthly volume — each plan above says how much volume one service buys.
It is not a limit on how many services you can run. Send from as many as you like. They share the same monthly volume, so a quiet service leaves more for a busy one, and none of them is ever switched off for being the fourth or the fortieth.
You can raise or lower the number later by signing a new mandate, and we never charge past it.
What happens at the limit
We stop, we do not bill. When the month’s volume is used up we refuse further telemetry until the month turns, and we tell you before and when it happens. There is no overage charge.
Taxes
Prices are exclusive of tax. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to these prices.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payment is taken by a licensed payment provider and your card details never reach Nexovue. See our cancellation and refunds policy for how to stop.
