Delivery policy

We sell access to a hosted software service. There is no product to post, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery charge.

An account is usable the moment you create it, on the free tier, with no payment. A paid plan takes effect as soon as your bank confirms the mandate — usually within minutes, and the Billing screen tells you when it has.

Until your bank confirms, the account keeps working on its current plan. Nothing is withheld while a payment is in progress.

The service is delivered over the internet and is available anywhere you can reach it. See our cancellation and refunds policy for how to stop.
